Fairy tales that we can replace the use of oil and gas in world's economy with renewables. "The green new deal..etc" If it ever would happen it would not require the government force to do it but would be done voluntarily because it meets the demands of a free marketplace. I can't speak of personal stories and not sure what was the point. Everything has its place, so do solar panels but let the need and want of the free market decide what it produces and uses and not taxation of future generation in search of environmental dreams.

Instead of fairy tale plans and end time predictions, we would all be better served if the rich people stopped flying their jets and sailing their yachts.

Just conservation and a cultural shift to taking responsibility for our local environment would go a long way to solving our energy problems.

USA has reduced carbon emissions more than any other country by fracking for natural gas which is the cleanest fossil fuel we have.
