In short, what happened is that Brussels residents gathered in front of the stock market to mourn the victims of the terror attacks. A march was also scheduled but called off by the authorities.
Then hooligans came to disrupt and hijack the moment of reverence and they started shouting racist slogans.
They were not peaceful either, they assaulted several people, which is the reason why police had to intervene.

They do not stand up for their country. They only stand up for hate and stupidity. Just like the daesh followers, the far-right militants are brainless idiots incapable of thinking for themselves. Like daesh, their lives are fueled by ignorance, intolerance, bigotry and hatred of the others. They end up producing disaster around them. They both want the same thing: war and the end of the democratic social fabric.
