That was actually his uncle, same name, it's this one:

"Conway Charles LeBleu (1962–1993), a nephew of Conway and Virgie LeBleu, was one of four agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms killed in the raid of the Branch Davidian compound headed by David Koresh in Waco, Texas."

So Hillary was a Branch Davidian? She was hanging out with them and then they were raided and she shot him? Or she was cool with David Koresh and said, hey man, if you ever get raided, can you kill Conway for me?

This is the guy listed as one of her bodyguards on that list. He got killed during the raid. What in the world would that have to do with Hillary?
