Hi all,
Just saw your note regarding justin.tel not responding quickly. First thing to say is that this is running on a seperate system to the one that will run the main .tel domains - it's still an internal testing system running in parallel with the other vip.tel domain system. We are still receiving and updating the proxy pages for both web and mobile access, so you will see some periods of downtime and some times a lag in access.
All of this work is to drive a standard level of access as much as possible for every .tel domain, whether it is accessed over a browser using a proxy page on the web, or bypassing the web using some of the applications we've developed or that other registrars and VoIP companies (Kiax and VOIPgate to name but two) have developed where you don't even need to go on to the web to access .tel domain information. That's why the pages remain clean, the A records locked and the APIs published so that people can access the information in a standard way over any device and through all types of different applications.
Wouldn't it be nice if your domain name sat under an entry in someone's address book and could be accessed without having to open a browser?

Welcome to .tel (and specifically, so I don't get called out for telling untruths, the latest version of the BlackBerry application available at dev.telnic.org).
