discuss The support of unstoppabledomains is unprofessional

The whois shows that my domain finished transfer 3 days ago, but it not show in my account.
The support say that The transfer is still processing because the Domain Status is transferPeriod.

It was the weekend, give it some time.

My experience was the opposite, the support was amazing and after they did a mistake, they said sorry and gave me free credits to buy domains.

That's definitely concerning. Maybe follow up and ask if they can manually push it through or clarify what’s causing the delay—3 days should usually be enough for a completed transfer.

Having the same problem. Even after I approved the fast transfer at the losing registrar, UD support told me it takes 5-7 days to complete transfers in.

Unstoppable domains is simply not ready for prime time if this is the speed with which they transfer in domains.

I've used a variety of registrars and no others have this slow transfer process
I thought/hoped my issue was a one off until I found this thread

I transferred 300 names ... mostly from sav.. that showed up in my panel 5mins aftr ezpediating.

last batch about a month ago

I stll have like 100 names left under 2k max promo but I'm waiting for closer to expiries. personally I'll still transfer even on full wait... cause to me 5us is worth it. but it does sound like a bug.

what is whois showing??? if it says pending transfer and old registrar then u have a expediate bug on old registrar
