The Rules of Supply Versus Demand

It seems that the demand and supply of NP$ has changed...
When I looked in the exchange a few months ago, a ton of people wanted to purchase NP$ but very minimal amount of people were selling it.
Now, I look and there are tons of people wanting to sell, even below the 0.020 rate. There are also a bunch of threads for selling NP$ in the NP$ Sales and Auctions forum.

Should the official USD vs. NP$ rate be changed or some of the NP$ be taken out of circulation? It seems to be depreciating in value.

But this is a sign of a good economy and great community :imho:

Here's some ideas and things being done:
- Encourage more domain registrations
- Encourage purchase of items in uShop
- Purchasing of raffle tickets, good.

The most likely cause is the fact that there has not been an auction recently. When an auction happens demand increases for namebucks.

Therefore I would expect the prices to increase on Friday night/saturday morning.
