Closed Accounts & NP$

What happens to the NP$ that are earned by a member & then their account is permanently closed? I assume it remains in limbo under their account. Why not put it all into a monthly raffle?

For instance if in a month 1000 NP$ is confiscated from permanently closed/banned accounts, putting it into one raffle where you could only purchase one ticket at a predetermined price & conduct a drawing?

It could even be a split the pot type of scenario where 1/2 of the NP$ in the raffle could be earmarked to be donated to charity?

Why not make something positive & fun off the backs of deadbeats?

(This is what happens when I get bored, the wheels start turning & the crazy leaks out)
