The Registry that manages the .CD domains, is currently going through a re-organization of their operational infrastructure. Since this is happening at the registry level, ALL registrars are being affected and can do nothing until the Registry resolves the issue.

For now, we are unable to make changes to any .CD domains, but we are in contact with the registry and will provide you with updates as soon as they arrive.
