Wow, this is amazing! Also because in the other post linked at tldinvestors, she mentions that of her 55 sales in 2020, they were all inbound sales.

I don't understand why people would pay so much for .xyz domains (for example, I think Genesis.biz would be a lot better than Genesis.xyz, and I don't think Genesis.biz would sell for $21,399) - but congrats for selling them and helping build the market!
