It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Recheck your CrazyDomains .PROs which were transferred from 1and1 and other registrars during AutoRenew Grace Period...
They don't reset clientHold upon successful transfer... Can be resolved via CD Support (if this bug is still not fixed).
Via WHOIS I have seen many such domains already...

Looks that CD is still NOT GDPR ready...

Regarding further transfers...
But they will not remove clientHold for the previously transferred domains... you should ask them individually.

This week I sold some 4L Ukrainian word (CVCV) to the buyer from my country for 380 EUR (my very special price for him).

So this is my 4th .PRO enduser sale in 2018...
~$800 per domain on average.

I also sold a few domains to another domainer...
~$200 each.

All inbound.
All buyers are Non-US: Ukraine, Russia, Qazaqstan, Israel.
And overall, this year is weak in terms of US-inquiries for unknown reason, in 2017 I had many.

Regarding Russia - it is stable leader.

DLS doesn't mean "Fast Transfer".
It means the distribution of your listing across registrars from their network...
And almost all their DLS sales are going through GoDaddy including this HASH.

2 of 5 - Non-English.
3 of 5 - 4L domains.
