It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Today tried to transfer my next .PROs to 1and1 - doesn't work at all (for any price)... or disabled on their side.

Response from their Support:
...it is a bug in our system prior in adding a .pro domain. As of this moment the case is still open...
