yes, IMHO this segment is the biggest surprise of all in the last 2 years. they move from low $3xx in the end of 2009 to mid $7xx the end of last year. This is a rise of 100%...

any NNNN.com without the "bad" 4 is reaching on average $1100 :kickass in 2009 you could get a "premium" NNNN.com for $6xx

33.com sold for $358k in May of 2011.

There were a couple of other sales for around $100k in 2011.
