max reseller price I think is $xxx (at least I bought cele.org at auction for $xxx), enduser prices are quite another thing.
min price - depending on letters, probably $20-30 for medium ones (bad onces with Qs are probably still at regfee to $10). I think quad prem cvcv are usually going for high $xx, although you can occasionally find some bargains at low-mid $xx

All based on my personal observations, please correct me if I am wrong.
