ive been trying to push a domain for 3 days now. I have a buyer who wants my head because Godaddy.com keeps giving me this stupid message. They wont let me unlock a

"No updates were made
Reason: Items are not in an active status."


and this message:

"Changing Accounts In Progress - Public
Add Privacy
Add Business Registration "

it's said this crap for 3 days now. I have to keep telling the buyer the situation. Im running out of answers for him.

Yeah, I'm thinking the issue is on his end. If you've already initiated the transfer, then he needs to accept the account changes.

Means that they sent an email to the person and he has to read the email, follow the instructions and then he gets the domain. You don't have to do anything more.

Thats what I was thinking. I emailed him and told him to check any messages from Godaddy.com. Im trying not to be too rude with customer, since he did pay good money for the domains via Ebay. I dont want negative feedback :td:

He emails me back late last night, tells me that all I have to do is unlock the domains. I've never had to do this to push to a new account. All i've needed in the past is their information to push it. I specified in the auction that I would push the domains I think he is expecting a transfer, but Godaddy.com doesn't do this for domains regged under 60days right? :td:

This is a domainers nightmare! :(

done that. They wont allow me to anymore this is the message!

So maybe godaddy is having problems unlocking your domain. Once it is unlocked then you can push it

You cannot MODIFY your domain while it is in the "Changing Accounts" process. Login to your account and go to "Modify Account Changes" page to cancel the account change.

Man.. I should be a godaddy support rep!
