New gTLD sales: Sex.Live: $160.000 / Porn.Live: $120.000
The future will be good for good new gTLDs.
The future will be good for good new gTLDs.
This is absolutely, no doubt, a fake sale.
If you're skilled in web development you immediatly discover that sex.live and porno.live are 2 crappy whitelabels sites build with chaturbate.com whitelabel program (days ago with aweempire.com withelabel).
If someone has a big money to spend in these crappy domains, he also have the money (XXX.XXX$) to build a custom, from scratch, with last technologies webcame site.
He does not use a silly chaturbate whitelabel (in 2016 a whitelabel???).
But... You can belive there is a money exchange between register and """"buyer"""", you can't see their bank account, but you can see the site, if they invest money in web development.
And they invest 0$.
0$ in development and 120.000$ + 160.000$ for domain names?? LOL!!!
PS: chaturbate withelabels are banned by google. Good investment with 300k!
The owner of chaturbate is the owner of sex.live and porn.live.
Chaturbate is big and they have money and a domain like porn.live is a super domain for sex cam site.
You can think what you want my friend.
For market sales are sales.![]()
You can think what you want about sex.live my friend but in the future there will be many more big new gTLD sales...About sex.live and porn.live fake sale my POV.......
If you spend a tons of money for domain names composed only for the words "sex" and "porn", your goal is to be ranked in google for the keywords "sex" and "porn", right?
Well, if you use this kind of project (whitelabel) google banned you, and you'll never ranked and appear in SERP.
At this point, there is no difference if you have sex.live or thisisacrappydomain.com, for google is the same, you're banned.
Why spend 300k in domains that will never rank?
Plus, check this:
sex.live/robots.txt
Result is:
User-agent: *
Disallow: *
And if you check on google: site:sex.live, results in SERP are old, when they use aweempire withlabel, so all links in google are broken and point to a 404 page.
Are you sure the owner of chaturbate is the owner of sex.live?
I don't think so, because days ago sex.live was an aweempire.com whitelabel project, NOW is a chaturbate project.
If you are not sure about your informations, don't write them.
PS: you can build a site like sex.live in 5 minutes, with 0 development skills, 0 hosting plane, 0$. Choose a <1$ domain (xyz/top/men...), change DNS Records A to chaturbate IP, and you are online with your new and amazing site!
With 0.40$ not 300k
I have a surpriseIs not a sale!! Register (in 5 minutes) switch DNS A Records to chaturbate IP address and they say they have sold their super premium domains for XXX.XXX.
I've 15 years of experience in web development and in 15 years I've never seen a company spend 300k in domain names they can't rank.
If a company spend 300k in domain names, they spend 750.000/1.000.000 to build a project (development, SEO, creatives, marketing, advertising, socials and so so on)!
They have to do it, if they want a decent ROI.
And if they spend 1.000.000 you see the results (a perfect site).
It's impossible you don't understand this simple concept.
I think that the whole purpose of this thread is that the OP is desperately seeking validation of his own beliefs by more experienced members. That is not working.
We are talking about two different things here:
Of course the two are related somewhat. When a TLD is popular among end users, an aftermaket often begins to take shape, but it is more or less modest.
- domain sales
- adoption by end users (or the lack thereof)
Simply put, there is no aftermaket for new extensions, because a series of fluke sales is not a market.
Flukes happens on a regular basis, in almost every extension...
It is very dangerous to make rules out of exceptions.
My friend, you forget something: this is just the beginning for the new gTLDs buzz...I think that the whole purpose of this thread is that the OP is desperately seeking validation of his own beliefs by more experienced members. That is not working.

Personally I'm unstoppable but this is not important... Important thing is that the new gTLDs Buzz is unstoppable...@Wass you just like an energetic domain bunny; you keep going, going and going. You had stayed tall and keep your coolness throughout; great sport!
I have heard this thing but it's not true.Google’s John Mueller recently quoted that "our systems treat new gTLDs like other gTLDs (like .com and .org). Keywords in a TLD do not give any advantage or disadvantage in search."
I repeat this good example because I have not yet received answers:
360Berlin.net = 360.Berlin
Who is better: 360.Berlin or 360Berlin.net?
Who is better: 360.Berlin or 360Berlin.com?
No match for me: the winner is 360.Berlin and for you?
Can you forget a domain like 360.Berlin???
Yes my friend, .Berlin is a GeoTLD but .Berlin is also a new gTLD..berlin is a GeoTLD not a new gTLD.
I never claimed I was an expert. But I have a feeling you aren't either based on most of your commentsBut it's not a problem my friend if you aren't a big expert in everything... No one is a big expert in everything.
