Frank Schilling bought a large lakeview property in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, a few years ago, renovated the buildings and updated the landscaping. Then he bought two neighboring properties, knocked down the fences, fixed those properties up too, and built some vacation cottages on them. Now it is all combined into a huge 14++ acre lakeview property. Then he put in the Tyrannosaurus Rex Sculpture he commissioned an artist to create (there is a previous thread here about that).
