Tell you what, I only lost about 12k to sunwing vacations and was told I have two years to use the credit.
A year has passed I cannot fly and no end in sight, what gives them the right to keep my money?

For all those saying Rick is making a big deal out of this I say good for him doing it.

So many people have had money torn out of their hands by these unscrupulous companies.
I wish Rick success and I home he shames their butts big time.

I totally agree! We have moved into a culture where you are supposed to say NOTHING if a company runs you over. By 2030 all U.S. citizens will know all too well what keeping your mouth shut about fraud will do for you! He has all the right in the world to build that site. If anything it keeps others from making a bad move!

I do share the sentiment but not everyone on his 'bitch list' has even remotely something to do with his issue. There's nothing that justifies posting their pictures like that and connect their name to a domain like that for no good reason.

There's always legal recourse. I would think someone who can afford that kind of money on a cruise can afford to hire a decent lawyer.

It's a lot of money though, I understand the frustration. That being said, we're all dealing with the backlash of the pandemic. It's not like they're intentionally scamming him. There's obviously more to the story.

There are a lot of similar cases going on. Most of the time these companies simply are unable, financially, to refund everyone. So it's either getting credit, or deal with a bankruptcy and get nothing. Not good for both parties. Errors will be made, people will get p*ssed. The only thing you can control is the way in which you handle yourself.

Yes we'll LYING refund is coming probably caused the site more than any or all other actions. He simply does not put up with borderline FRAUD.
