.tv The Developed .TV thread

I think as a few of us are now looking to develop our .tv's it would be useful to have a developed .tv thread for easy reference and ideas re development.

Badger started one off re the better ones at http://www.namepros.com/dot-tv/146519-the-best-developed-tv.html but for some reason it is now a closed thread?

I've been putting together a list for one of my projects and when I am done I willl post the entire list for reference. My focus is on sites with video content.

So, drop a link to a site and a few words as well if you feel up to it (i.e what it's about what's good about the site, bad about the site, a trend that you have noticed) etc.

I'm working on www.Chopper.TV It's kind of barren right now, but will have other content (written) to go with the video. In time we'll be selling T-Shirts to would be "Chopper TV" correspondents. We'll have "reporters" from around the world report on the custom bike world from different rallies that are held. This is going to be a "fun" project with a capital "F".

My next project after this one is finished is to get www.Glue.TV up. A internet TV Network for women.

After that, I'm planning on WomensFitness.TV and MensFitness.TV going up.

Yup...

I'm going after the young, professional woman who likes to watch TV when she wants to. Fits into the whole IPTV scheme. Also these young professional women are sought after by advertisers since they usually have a lot of disposable income.

NOTE: One thing they are predicting with IPTV is that it will bring large social groups of people together, much like forums do.. only way more interactive. Thing about having a million or so people watching the same show... with the ability to text their "groups" of people during the show. This whole "bonding" experience I believe bodes well for my Glue TV brand..

It's the beta site for Vibe magazine and has some pretty interesting content & looks like some good plans for the future. Another great use of the tv ext IMHO.
