WAY to much.

I was thinking of doing a sticky, but seeing as it costs NP$100 more to change ur username, not worth it.
make stickies NP$200

thats worth it to the serious person, and not to the n00b who has little

I have to agree that if the price is too low, there will be too many stickies. I don't even have nearly enough for a sticky, but I do agree that too many will detract from the value of the boards.

That is why the "Sticky's" are priced the way that they are ... to maintain their exclusivity, much like the cool "Glow". Of course, one can always purchase NP$'s at the "NP$ Exchange", as well ... Senior Member or Newbie alike.

An "Auction" format would likely get automatic *bumps* to the top anyway with hopeful heavy bidding. Standard 48 hours is too short a time-frame for the need of a "Sticky", IMHO.

i don't know if everybody shares my belief or not but anyway here it is. the stickies are really getting annoying and distraction. I kindly request to increase the price of stickes to 1200 or 1500 NPs. There are getting too many stickies. and the board will be very very distracting.

I haven't visited the board much the past 2 days, and the stickies seems to be a real distraction

I think we've done a real good job with managing "stickies", IMHO ... so that they're NOT a distraction. Some folks want the price to be 200 NP$, and some folks wish the price to be 1500 NP$'s. So, at the current price structure of 800 NP$'s, and with the limitations that RJ mentioned, I think we're in a "happy zone", as I see it. Naturally, we will continue to keep an eye on things, and if changes need to be made ... then we will address them.

Personally, Stickys should remain the same or even slightly higher. I would have no issue with paying 1000 NP$ for a two week sticky
