No, it is not. As said before, the course will plummet further down today as usual on Sundays anyway. There will be better times to buy in..

I would wait at least until Monday morning and then buy again as soon as many orders are coming from China again.. but preferably wait first until you see some floor developing over more than 24 hours at a certain value.. this is still not happening right now.. just take a look at bitcoinwisdom.com

I agree with you, best to wait until monday. I sold out at $1235 and have been sitting watching the charts and news for some time. Bought some at $590, Will likely buy some bitcoin again in the next day or so....

For the average person that does not want to look at candle charts untill their eyes are bleeding it is in fact a great time to buy. On the weekend there is normaly a lot of action, that is true. If sunday is always down? Not sure, I have not looked a long term chart for sundays only.

i was a little put off when i heard a twitter account getting people to pump up the price and then dump the coin. there are no regulations about doing that

bitcoin is too big for one twitter account to have an effect. other coins could be effected by something like that depending on how they do it. What do you think they do on wall street all day, even with regulations? If you do buy in, then dont panic, these tactics cause some people to panic sell.

couple questions:

since its a peer to peer confirmation; at what point (based on wide spread use in the future) will the system be over loaded with confirmations that it uses to authenticate transfers.

the system works to confirm ownership and transfers by going back to the transfers before and the ones before that and so on. has anyone thought of the amount of confirmation calculations required if it is adopted by more people. Will it survive.

What if a part of a confirmation chain breaks somehow, does that screw over some bit coin holders?

I do believe that the prices will continue to soften but will increase again in time, the hype is here and gone, i will consider buying more bitcoins as the price softens. Found a way to use paypal to buy bitcoins.....
