The "AdWords Test"

AdWords has recently changed the way URLs are displayed in ads in such a manner that the advantage of a keyword-rich domain is somewhat diminished (because it makes the domain slightly harder to read at a glance.)

This got me thinking about how the "radio test" works for me when I'm testing out domains, and wondering if an "AdWords test" is also in order -- ie. for purposes of AdWords advertising, can the domain be printed in all lowercase letters and still be instantly recognisable? Some domains with double letters, run-ons and compound words in them could be adversely affected by AdWords removing uppercase letters from the display.

An interesting thing to ponder, since it creates a potential new selling point for certain domains that could pass a theoretical "AdWords test" similar to the way the "radio test" works for sounding out the name.
