Yeah. I heard about this yesterday. If it was unintentional I would be less mad and disappointed in him. But he did it purposely. He should be made to pay the fine. In fact volunteer and do time with a Animal Humane society as well. A lot of time.

you are right Linda....even the fine is a joke, what is 1500.....he should be tied on a pole, in the middle of the green and his fellow golfers should use him as a target practice
