Texas.tv is back in the list at Enom. It was registered at Name.com and currently it shows Name.com LLC On Hold.

Looks like most of the names registered during LANDRUSH through Name.com and Dynadot.com are coming back into the list.

Good for people who missed the boat last night. They can re-register it.

It is currently priced at $3630.

Are names getting taken back from the "goldrush" or it just the landrush?

Thanks, Jim

LANDRUSH. No reports of names getting taken back from GOLDRUSH.

Been on phone calls all day. So far, no GoldRush names are being reclaimed or require premium payment. But things can change overnight. I'll be happier in 5 days, after the grace-delete time-period passes. I'll be content in 30 days. For now, I'll sit and wait. and hope. and pray. and smile from ear to ear.

"On hold" sounds like "in the process of being taken back".

I would agree with snoop here. I think there is going to be alot of disappointment ahead for some re these names. They have these loop holes in their T and C's for a reason. The reason being when they "F" up.

You mean they don't let the person have the option to register it first at the new price? Is that is the case that is total BS? By the way, I don't see it available so maybe it got snapped up again at the new price.

What is the present status of the registration / acquisition / cost (initial and annual) of Texas.TV? :gl:

Thanks for any assistance,
Jeff B-)

Thank you, but I'm still a bit confused on the "premium fee" (for new registrations)?

LandRush acquisitions have been discussed countless times...

Once again, for any premium name regged for non-premium (upfront) during the LandRush event that began at Midnight, the buyer has the option to pay the difference (premium -regfee) before grace delete (Tuesday). Name.com has worked with domainers and given them that option. The staff at Name.com, especially Paul, has worked round-the-clock includign all day Saturday to work with people.

I know the person who caught Texas.tv - they are excited they caught it, they have the money to buy it, and they will be paying (if not already paid) for the domain.

if by some twist of fate, the buyer decides to back out personally (doubtful), he has plenty of other buyers that have been circling him with their offers at prices higher than his total acquisition price, including myself. I would buy Texas.tv in a heartbeat as it was once listed at $50K/yr.

Texas.TV is gone. If you want it, contact the new owner.

everyone can relax :) there's no conspiracy. end of story.

^ Thanks for the clarification (seems like a Geo domain name RIPE for development)! :gl:

It's good to hear that there may be others interested in the domain name ... I'm unsure, though, how we've come to valuing ".TV's" (particularly in the case of the Landrush domains) based on their former Premium Reg. fee / renewal fees, however. :imho:
All the best,
Jeff B-)

If it was I wouldnt post anything.
I monitor the whois info changing from registered to someone, then to "on hold" and then to registered to someone.
Maybe you can follow my logic easier now.
