Okay, this guy Tobias (he used to be signed up here. I don't remember his old username, but his email was [email protected]), messaged me when he saw I was trying to raise money for a vB license in my MSN name, saying he'd let me use it for $50 US, and own it for $85 more, which could be paid later.
Anyway, I say fine, and pay $30 friday and $20 today.
He starts off by trying to send me vB 3.0.7. I should have known something sketchy was going on.
Then he sends me a legit version. Fine, whatever.
I ask him to add the domains to his list, and he refuses saying I can claim its his liscence then. I tell him to add them again, and he says if I don't like it, he'll give me a refund.
I ask him for a refund, he argues that I sent him the script and its final, then blocks me. So I'm out $50 US, something a 14 year old kid who had to borrow the cash from his mom should not be occuring with.
So avoid him. Also, now that I'm -$50/$85 or $160, any suggestions on how I can quickly raise the money I need?
