Every template on the website is already zipped, added to the database, and ready for immediate download after a successful payment. 2,750+ templates included, ~ half PSD, ~ half HTML. OScommerce on a free license is included, the template for the site was also free (can provide new owner with where the template was from). Check out the site, functioning perfectly. Was down for a few months when my server crashed, but has since been back up and running. Had a few sales when it was advertised over 9 months ago, haven't done anything related to advertising since then.

I'm also selling copies of the database and templates (all ZIP files, image files, and referencing (needed) database files. Can/will install on a fresh installation of OScommerce for only $20 more. The price for the database and all 2,778 templates with thumbnails is set at $200 per copy. I'm only going to sell five copies total, so get your hands on one before they're all gone. This is a great set to start your own online template business.

Can you please PM me some info on what will be provided with the DB and installation sale? Would you basically be selling a copy of the site?

Yup, that's basically it... It's a copy of the site, but without the layout and domain -- you'd get a copy of the database files you need to add so the items are already put into your store, along with all of the .PSD and .ZIP (html) files and screenshots.
