I have designed a set of 5 custom proxy templates for PHProxy, these designs have been designed to display ad units prominently to increase your CTR.

Template 1, Template 2, Template 3, Template 4, Template 5

I am selling these sites in a few different packages to allow you to get the most for your money:

Package 1:
Domain (.com or .net)
Your choice of template
1 Month Hosting ($6.50/month to continue service)
Advertising (your site will be sent to a list of over 8000 people who are looking for proxies and this will quickly gain to traffic and revenue)
Price: $30

Package 2:
Same as package 1 minus the hosting
Price:$25

Package 3:
Your choice of template
Hosting
Advertising
Price: $20

Package 4:
Domain
Your Choice of template
Price: $10

Templates:
You can buy each template for $5 or all 5 for $20, if you buy a single template I will edit the logo for you and send it to you in a zip file, if you buy all 5 I will include the .PSD of the logo so that you may edit it yourself (no resale rights are included for the designs).

Do they require ioncube for license activation?

Space for content can easily be added, I didn't add it to the examples because I wanted to show off the designs rather than having them cluttered up with lots of content.

Template 1 and Template 5 have been selling quite well, I am only going to sell a few more of each before I remove them, so if you are interested in either one now would be a good time to pick it up.
