Template?

Is this Template any good? I am not sure myself, I have a few opinions on it, saying that I need to change a few things, what do all of you think?

I have a few things, that I have spotted a little while ago, that I need to fix, but for now w/e.

I really don't like it sorry.

it looks amaturish. the colours are too dark, the gradients look taccy. the text is hard to read (make it white?) and the content doesnt look lined up.

the nav looks messy as well

Has to be one of the worst templates I have ever seen!

The template is almost there. The basis is right but what I would say it though is that it may look a bit more professional if you use softer gradients.

Yeah, I know, this is my first attempt at a template. I have never really tried besides for now. Thanks for the reply and help.
