Template help needed -- simple!

First, I need someone to expand on the following layout:

I need a way to put content in the blue body... right now its just a big blue nothing. So I'm looking for someone to create some sort of content box in there...

I'm thinking of Two Columns, one big column on the right, and two tinier boxes on the left.

If someone can do this.... and make it look somewhat nice for cheap, I'd appreciate it.

I'd also like it to look nice -- especially if I can get the corners rounded.
