Need web design for front page

Looking for someone to make a front page "body" and footer. They should be aesthetically pleasing.


It's inspired by a Wordpress template so it still has that template's css file. (http://michaelhutagalung.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/arthemia-front.jpg)

Your job:
-is to make a really beautiful looking front page
-the idea is contrasting the old (gravestones, family lineage) with the new (dna). if you use any istockphoto's i'll pay for them.
-three columns. first column focusing on "the old", the middle column focusing on welcome text and containing a search box, and the third column focusing on "the new"
-improve the header if you see fit
-make a really nice footer that will be used site-wide
-i want the site width to be fluid

I'd like to see:
-something that shows you're capable of something elegant yet functional
