I bought techinterest.com a few months ago, but don't really have the time to develop it.
The site has some traffic, but it is slow and will need futher development to maximise. Income is minimal from AdSense.
Included in the sale:
techinterest.com domain - Expiration Date: 18-Apr-2008. Free push at DNSArena
- Domain has only recently been transferred/renewed so may have to wait to transfer away from DNSArena.com
vBulletin OWNED license with updates until April 2007 (worth $160)
A free Censura OWNED license (worth $135) so you can develop the site further by adding a reviews and ratings system to the site.
All site content - cpanel access will be given after the sale to allow transfer of database and files.
Hosting for 30 day from completing of sale to allow for transfer of site to a new server.
