That is awesome, the banner grabs attention right away. Nice and clean layout and I particularly liked the text color on the navigation bar.

The logo is very stricking and nice. Not sure if I like the navigation menu 'cause at first I thought I had double vision. *giggle*

Overall I think you've done a very nice job.
