What's the sale procedure at TDNam ?

- You list you name
- You receive an offer
- You counteroffer
- The party accepts
- You receive a sale notification from GD
- You receive a transfer confirmation from GD
..... next ?

You get the money from GD in less than 30 days and you make direct contact with the buyer to transfer the name to GD or tell him to create an account to another registrar and push the domain to him ?

Weird nobody sold a domain there ?

I've sold domains there - but always on a fixed price basis - so procedure is a little simpler for me. Steps:

- you receive an e-mail that your domain has sold but funds not yet received. you are warned not to accept transfers to move the domain
- second e-mail sent advicing that funds have been received and that you should work with buyer to transfer domain
- over the next few weeks you get several notices that transaction will soon close. I guess this is give the buyer opportunity to complain that the domain has not been received
- on 30th day you getting a notice saying the transaction has closed
- shortly thereafer you get a deposit in your PayPal account

So if you tell the buyer to create an account to another registrar and push the domain to him, how GD can verify the status of the sale ?

Do you have to transfer it to GD only ?
