.taxi domains. How long they stay in ropzone?

after 5 days of "Pending Delete" the domain whois shows "This domain is currently available for application via the Identity Digital Dropzone service."

The question is: Is there a rule/period for the domain to stay in this Dropzone? If nobody bids in auctions after how many days/hours the domain is released to general public?
