Hi all.
I'm in the process of filling out my Department of Taxation Sales and Use Tax Unit Exemption Certificate. I'm having issues with the wording for the use section. Any suggestions from what you've put on your form?
The one we have set up for our pool supply store is "for resale in the form in which the same is, or is to be, received" but that doesn't really apply to design because I'm not buying something and selling it as is - I'm buying materials and making something out of them.
