I did no research... I based this appraisal one the way it sounds and the extension..
I would say regfee..

They already have websites, and i don't think they'll need something like this..

That's what I did. I came to the same conclusion.

Nice name even though "oil sands" is better for this. There is so much barrels of oil in the tar sands of canada. It also very controversial enviromentally about digging and processing this sand on such a huge scale. (the dump trucks are like the size of a football field) Not regfee, but hard to value as like TdotTrader said the big boys have their company names in dot coms already. This would make a good lab name or protest site or clean up busniess. Good luck
