Thoughts on how best to tap into prior sales history of a recently dropped domain? And relatedly, to what extent does the prior appraised value of a domain from 5-10 years ago hold weight today? I understand that prices fluctuate and extensions fall in and out of favor.
For example: recently picked up Directions.Mobi from the expired list only to see it was previously sold in 2017 for 19K. SV is 823K so I can see how it may have commanded that price. Now i know "directions" as a keyword is valuable.
But what about how that/whether those figures still hold true today and how best to gauge price range for resale? As always, thanks for the time and response.
