Tabs

I don't know if they are called gui tabs or what but I'm trying to put tabs on my site so people can look at different information on the same site (lmanufacturer's Info, warranty info, etc.) but I have no idea how to do them. is there a program or a website that can help me learn how to do this.
your input is appreciated.

would be a logical google search to make

it is essentially a bit of javascript to change the content of a particular div

document.getElementById("div").innerHTML="Content here";

is what it BASICALLY uses
