SWF video always goes fast first time through...

I am working on a site, and today Ive been working with the videos for it all day (recording).

I put one video up that i finished, but the first time you click play, it goes through it in about 3 seconds, then if you click play again it will do the normal speed and finish in 18 seconds.

It also does the same on my computer, so its not the code on the website. Anyone know what may be the problem? (not good with flash, had to follow a tutorial on how to make the flash player)

Did you let the video load completely before playing?

Seemed fine to me, but if you're still having trouble, have you considered using youtube for videos, could possibly get more exposure to your site, and you wouldn't have to keep up with the bandwidth bills if it gets very popular, just a thought
