Swetha just announced the sale of Operator.xyz for $40,000. It looks like an Afternic broker helped close the deal. https://t.co/7Zybst5JBm sold for $40000 @Afternic Thanks to my rep Mason Goecke and the broker.#AI #ArtificialIntelligence #domains #domainnames #startup #startups #venturecapital #defi #technology #cryptocurrency #DAO #blockchain #crypto #bitcoin๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ“ท #ethereum #btc๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ“ทโ€ฆ pic.twitter.com/g0tjCOlTSf โ€” Swetha.xyz (@DomainNameGear) December 10, 2024

GoDaddyGoDaddy
You have no proof of her being a scammer, youโ€™re really coming across as a sloppy defamer. If youโ€™re going to call somebody a scammer, the onus is on you to back it up with some actual proof.

On the flip side, sheโ€™s provided all kinds of proof of her sales. Do you think GoDaddy/Afternic, Namebio and DN Journal are scammers as well? Because Namebio and DNJournal logged into her account themselves to verify her sales. Are all those crypto companies and other companies that have developed sites on the names they purchased, are they in on the scam as well?

Apparently, even the Namepros moderators are part of the scam according to you:

โ€œUnfortunately, your domains are worthless, especially the XYZ ones.

No one on this forum will tell you that, though, because the moderators are in cahoots with the registrar.โ€
https://www.namepros.com/threads/wh...-thinking-to-quit.1334309/page-2#post-9250702

So thatโ€™s you saying NP mods are working with XYZ to scam people with fake sales.

I got no dog in tis fight bro.. but I'm civilized enuf to be curious when needed and not to call someone scam without proof.

but bro how come in this life everyone always talk about needing proof to show is not true. but not ask for proof something is true. it works both ways.

yes I read posts about people checking her account etc.. but I think most people are seeing conspiracies that have nothing to do with an gd paymrnt showing as paid but rather who made that payment how and why etc.

like I said... this is too rare not to be curious. but also not proven enuf either way go be judged.

to me xyz is not worth big money. plus it was worthless relatively short time ago as we all know.

and if any seller dont like comment on his xyz sale then can stop reporting and it's all over. but again they do not which makes even more conspiracies why all the sale hype is needed or if its main reason for sales to make hype.

from all I read on this these are most often noted points.

imo

And those points are not very good points. She's backed up her sales with actual proof. Those that don't believe, think it's all a scam, back those thoughts up with nothing.

With this:

"and if any seller dont like comment on his xyz sale then can stop reporting and it's all over. but again they do not which makes even more conspiracies why all the sale hype is needed or if its main reason for sales to make hype."

So now reporting sales is an issue as well? A lot of people report their sales for various reasons in all extensions. Whatever those reasons are, doesn't mean the sale didn't happen. Sales are documented, checked by various sources. Sites are up on many of those domains. That's not in question. Some may question, well who's buying these domains, maybe it's the registrar. I've heard that suggested by those that doubt. Have any of those people ever provided any proof? Nope. Not one time have I seen a doubter provide one shred of evidence of any wrongdoing, just their feelings. And again, a lot of these sales are now active sites. Many crypto.
---------
Short version. I think if somebody calls somebody a scammer, which is a pretty big accusation, you should have something to back that up with.

Swetha is a scammer, and XYZ is behind her or him, or whoever is...
You have no proof of her or his "sales" and blindly believe in all these fake "sales"
You have no proof of her being a scammer, youโ€™re really coming across as a sloppy defamer. If youโ€™re going to call somebody a scammer, the onus is on you to back it up with some actual proof.

I own over 1,500 .xyz domains. Although many are of average quality, there are around 200 prefixes registered across more than 100 extensions. Good prefixes include Grace, Fortune, Wind, USDT, LiLy, KIN, Hawk, APK, and so on. But you know what? None of these have been purchased or even inquired about. Iโ€™ve tried AF, DAN, and ATOM, but no one has reached out to inquire. This is why I don't trust Swetha.

She has much more, 24,000 at one time,, she has better, she has an only 0.5% sell rate based on numbers posted. Maybe, sheโ€™s also better at marketing, networking. Your lack of success with .xyz means nothing, since sheโ€™s getting documented sales. There are people struggling selling .coms while others flourish

Swetha is Keyser Soze
From start S made mistakes. Errors made in any learning process and S admitted there's lack of understanding. Later on, wiith a guidance/ sort of partnership w x-persons (in the past publicly announced ) the focus shifted to crypto/blockchain community. While, most of us (incl. my brain) didn't understand the rebelism behind the crypto folks/brains. some of known investors figure out - there's potential to make a very nice ROI (upcoming) . Some followed the XYZ registry promotion (not $1) + build-up-the-movement, wallet address, etc.... and manage to grab drops and reg. a pretty good names for Crypto/Chain brains.

I'm tired of reading load of zero-due-diligence or discuss here @ NP anything related to "I guess" .

( .... for the rest of the folks.... some of the data from my co bots can make you smile and skyrocket heartbeat, rushing you to acquire/reg. upcoming business names.ext ... But here @ NP and Social, blindness and smoke can't even recognize - the real pearls need many years to form vs cultivated pearls.... )

Regards

Instead of reg. / acquire > list > watch > popcorrn
Start building your own network and your brand.
Study crypto, chain, ai, robotics, ... and start communicating, suggest solutions, email VCs about the funded project name upgrade or rebrand.

I think this is enough info ... and as I mentioned before - clean your portfolio.

Wish you good luck!

Regards

@maya-zir -- I will PayPal you $10 to remove yourself from namePros permanently.
An interesting statement, from which I conclude that you're a broke person for whom $10 is the price at which you can be bought.

Do you know how many my own domains I "bought" last year?
I had no work permission in 2022, but I had income, so I sold domains to myself, I needed it for the TAX department.
Ok, I didn't report "sales", but I could.
How the marketplace can know if the seller and buyer are the same people?
You are so naive...

clean folio is best advice. nobody should have thousands of names. very few can have enuf quality to justify 5 or 10k names folios. I think 200 to 500 names is good number. most today have less sales than few yrs back. gd creating monopoly etc. it's just getting worse. cause all world is headed down... economically and not only.

mark my words u will be able to buy btc for 10k within few years.

multiply that time by 2 or 3 and u will be buying hotel.com for 5 dolla

why .. cause it will have zero use in real world then.

til then.. have fun and enjoy life cause it's a new war and flood per week now so tomorrow not guaranteed for no one. and never be stupid enuf to think a last bitcoin will ever be mined... cause what will be in 100yrs has nothing zero to do with what is now. ie... u cant even imagine it.

bye bye minions

The math; (my guess)

20K domains > average > the renewal is/was $160K per year
5 years renewal = $800K
5 years acquisition (aftermarket), let's say 300 names > average $5K
5 years acquisition = $1.5M
Last 5 years selling +/- 230 names > average $30K
5 years selling = $6.9M
5 years tax = 18%
5 years operational expenses / f.e. Afternic = 20%
5 years operational / tax = $2.6M
5 years acquisition/reg. / renewal = $2.3M
5 years profit = $2M
5 years tax profit/earning = $% ?
5 years total earning (my guess) = $500K per year
5 years staff , other expenses = $% ?

It's not what you think ... sold for $40K can easily turn into net $10K .

Visit her website Swetha.xyz, view her portfolio and then state categorically if you have names of similar quality to hers (esp 'categorically killers')

The reason is to tell the truth about Swetha.
What she does with her tax department is her business and what you do with your tax department is your business. If her sales influence you, it is not her fault. Truth is in the mind of the believer.

Likely due to slanderous, defamatory statements absent any proof.
I don't think 'maya-zir' cares if he gets banned, since he probably said what he wanted to say believing NP admin won't delete his posts.

@Bravo Mod Team ?

wasnt there no post lately where she complains about lack of sales and activity

I think she was referring to AfterNic and Boost...

But why do you care so much anyways? Just about anytime there's a reported Swetha sale, you, @maya-zir, @789.xyz, and @VadimK unite to create the WereJealousOfSwethaFanClub almost as a support group to justify y'all's lack of success.

Why not call out @Nikul Sanghvi for selling Quantum.xyz for $200k? Why not call out Rick Schwartz and the other early adopters to successful Tlds?

Jealousy is not a good look on any of yall, especially when there is absolutely positively zero due diligence done to support y'all's claims... It's like saying you bought Michael Jordan shoes, but you can't jump like Michael Jordan. Others are jumping and dunking while wearing Michael Jordan shoes, just not y'all. Therefore, the shoes must be a scam.

kinda sounds like general afternic comment.. but who knows

of course I dont care.. or way less than u seem care to prove her right haha.. zero to do with calling people out.. or calling them scam with no proof.. but.. I already said all that in my every post. that any civilized person can should and will question rare curious happenings of any kind... while making sure not to call them true or false without proof either way.. and I like to think in focking civilized.. cheerios
