Swetha just announced the sale of Operator.xyz for $40,000. It looks like an Afternic broker helped close the deal. https://no_url_shorteners/7Zybst5JBm sold for $40000 @Afternic Thanks to my rep Mason Goecke and the broker.#AI #ArtificialIntelligence #domains #domainnames #startup #startups #venturecapital #defi #technology #cryptocurrency #DAO #blockchain #crypto #bitcoin📷📷 #ethereum #btc📷📷… pic.twitter.com/g0tjCOlTSf — Swetha.xyz (@DomainNameGear) December 10, 2024

Why is there so much hatred against her?

Because she's a woman?

90% of XYZ domains sold for over $10,000 come from the same person. Use your common sense—does that seem normal?

well to be fair she does own 90 percent of all most sellable names. but yea her sales will always raise questions to reasonable person because of their value and regularity when compared to others who basically sell noting. this is simple human nature to notice this. it has nothing to do with hate or women like some true haters here suggest.

1. Does everyone mandatorily report sales?
2. Do you know how many XYZ names she owns & her STR?
3. Do you know anyone else with similar quality & quantity XYZ names AND reporting lower sales?
4. If she's reporting sales with Afternic email, do you think she faked the screenshot? Or she faked the sales by being the buyer & seller herself and paid Afternic commission herself?

Use your common sense.

I am just worried about my business.
Whatever she does has nothing to do with my business.
Real sale: good for her. Fake sale: So what?
Back to my business.

this is true
must take care of biz
and of the wife too
because wife important to release stress

however sometimes it is just fun to talk and sometimes it's also good to talk because sometimes it affacts our biz.

for me I only have like 10 but good xyz

and yet no offers or poor sale now and then.

so even to me it's big surprise to see so many 5 or 6fig sales

from anyone..man woman or alien... named swetha or Gandalf or thor.

yes they do. so do lotto wins.

when someone wins lotto every week or month do u wonder why?

it's not normal not to ask.
and it's not hate to ask.
it's a curiosity and human nature

which of course if anyone feels insulted by or annoyed they can stop entirely.. how... by not reporting sales.

its so simple. but... if you stop reporting xyz get no publicity and so less sales

what a focking dilemma huh

People question such sales, cause they did not had XYZ sales, I even question COM sales.
The "sale" of humanoidfriends/c.o.m and others are questionable but that is another topic.

that's a wrong comparison. who sold humanoid name has no regular 5 or 6 fig salsa probably. and even If they do cause some do..then it's not in a shit tld like xyz. which is ok for some buyers for 3 or 4fig but not 5 or 6.

so the curiosity is... one person on earth making regular 5 or 6fig sales on a junk tld.

the possible answers are... owning 20k best names. which she owns. working hard outbiunding them alone or hiring others... pure luck like winning lotto every month.. hey it happens right ...

etc...

do I care ..no.. do I hate.. no... do I know for sure..no... am I curious cause I'm human like all ..yes

You are wrong, it should be a concern.

For example, it concerns me a lot because I am an honest and fair person, and I am also very impulsive. It infuriates me when scammers deceive naive fools.

I don’t consider XYZ domains valuable, but one-word domains or good two-word domains always have some value. Not 5-number price, but something—they are worth something... or could have been, if not for Swetha’s fake sales. They have ruined the remaining reputation of XYZ domains.

Their plan is very simple: the XYZ registry marks all one-word domains as premium with high renewal fees, and they do this with every dropped domain. As a result, Swetha ends up being the only one with one-word XYZ domains with standard renewal fees. Then, they "sell" these domains and report the sales.

Yes, I believe that some XYZ domains are sold for $1,000–$20,000 or even more per domain. However, these sales are driven by the hype created by Swetha. And it's also possible that someone else decided to use these transactions as a way to launder money.

I understand that bluffing can be a business tactic, but Swetha takes it a step further by coming to the domainers' forum and reporting fake sales. How many newbies have lost money trying to replicate her "success"? This isn’t just bluffing as a business tactic—this is outright fraud.

I get u.

I said in another post to Johnny that this can affect biz of others.

I sold osiris for 2k. and couple more not even 1word.. but I own nice old 1word like fido hoodie passports and few more and never even had offers.. so of course seeing way worse sell for so much.. and keywords are: regularly and by one person is curious. to all.

but yes if u try to evolve biz around xyz then this can be problem. but because she owns 20k best names... many people dont even bother with xyz.

You can have any opinion.. It's just that - Opinion.

To call someone a fraudster, do you have ANY evidence to back your claims? And, every second registry has premium domains now.

Her Material evidences: Afternic screenshots, Sales validated by Namebio, Many sold domains developed into Websites doing business.

Your Material evidence: ?

Just because you can't replicate someone's (someone you believe as inferior to you) success, you are accusing of fraud. That's the sad reality! You missed the xyz train. Simple.

To confirm that Sweatha made all those sales, you also need solid proof. Reports on NameBio are not evidence, and screenshots from her/his account are also not reliable, as anyone can "sell" a domain to themselves.
I am waiting for your proof and evidence.

Use your common sense.

Are you suggesting she registered every conceivable name of value and therefore has a monopoly on XYZ sales?

So my 5 letter English dictionary XYZ domain has no value because she didn't register it first?

Because you are not an accomplice of the XYZ registrar, like Swetha.
