Suspicious Email from same guy different name...

I keep receiving "potential interest" emails from a person..

I have a few GoDaddy accounts, Namecheap accounts and Moniker accounts with different emails obviously for specific accounts... (this is not the point, I will get to it I promise.)

I list my domains all over and even reach out to people for potential interests of course.

I keep getting emails from a person who goes by multiple names. He first states he is an individual investor, then changes it and says he has to find customers??!!

The email looked familiar, so I went to look at the original email that was from" Aaron Greenberg", and it is now "Alex Edelstein". The guy posts the same picture as "him" in all of these emails also.

He always says he is interested in the domain I have for sale BUT I MUST PAY FOR THE DOMAIN TO BE APPRAISED.. the appraisal site he suggests, is around $67 for each domain!!! He sent me a message once, and I was excited I thought I was selling a $5k domain. He then says ok I will get back to you I have to list this in my emails.

So on one email, I asked him if he was an individual investor, he said yes. After realizing its the same idiot, I asked if he was a broker, he said NO then tells me he has to look for buyers.. LOL I do not understand which he is... but please watch out for this guy!! Maybe he is the same idiot who keeps doing all bad things on here???



He probably owns the appraisal site and makes money off of every person he contacts!!!

It's the appraisal scam. DO NOT pay for an appraisal. They tell you to get an appraisal from THEIR appraisal service and once you pay for the appraisal the "potential buyer" disappears.

Tell anybody who asks you to pay for an appraisal for your name before they buy it to go get the appraisal themselves!
