For example: ironman.com, Superman.com, Wonderwoman.com or even bad guys ...

Agreed they are trademarked so best to stay away, they are the same as owning celebrity names just too risky. The domains that have great value and not trademarked in this genre are probably:

Hero.com
Superhero.com
Ninja.com
Villan.com

I just randomly thought of these since I doubt general terms like these are trademarked. I am pretty sure there are many more if you keep searching.
