You may wish to change the line "Some of our unique features include:" because none of them are unique...anyone can get cpanel, fantastico, client exec, etc...to avoid customers being misled you should put the following: "Some of our features include:"

not listed on the site that I could see and took some searching through the forums http://www.quarion.info/tos.php, read the forums theres some interesting questions, one of which is Can you answer this question please:
may i ask how old you are? i know school is comming up again soon and if you still go to school or college i wouldnt want your attention quickly shifted from running a webhosting business to your homework/girls/testing/studies
