Suggestions on a contest...

I just started a new form. I bought a Memorex 512MB USB2 Travel Drive to give away in a contest. But I am not sure what kind of contest to run that will get me active users, any suggestions? NP$ will be given if I use your suggestion on this or any new contest I run!

Introduce a referral program on your forum where an existing member with a maximum no. of valid referrals in a month gets the reward. You can also introduce a no. of posts contests where a member who makes the most no. of quality posts in a month gets the reward.
