I want that the moment she opens the room to enter the house...
something jump around her making noise so that it scares the hell out of her
Anybody has some idea?

semi-freak version: get one of those water squirter or popup snake for the toilet when the seat is lifted

nice version: duct tape the toilet lid shut tight

Make a few fake wounds on yourself, put fake blood everywhere, then lie on the floor in a pool of fake blood.

That is sure to make her scream.

Before she comes home crack the door just a little bit & on the underside of the doorknob put a little fake blood. When you hear her open the door be pulling a big rug or sheet around the corner with some pillows wrapped up in it, make sure you are wearing a white shirt with a little fake blood blood splattered on it. Wait, wait, she does not carry a gun or mace does she? Whatever you do make sure to expecting some form of retaliation.

Wear an ape or clown costume and just stare at her when she walks in the door. She'll tell you to cut it out but just follow her around without saying anything. That'll be pretty freaky.

Or decorate the house in the way it would look if it were a crime scene.
