Suggest a domain for my tech blog please

Hey guys i am planning to open a blog of mine that will cover some tech news, Freeware utilities, featured websites, and tips and tricks for computer's.
i am thinking to get a nice domain that people can remember. the word "tech" came instantly in my mind and i am trying to think about a good domain thats available.
so i came up with these :-
techatweb.com <someone else picked it up yesterday>
www.TechDude.com
i havent got any more domain suggestion that are currently available, so can you guys suggest me some please?

I recommend to have a domain name with your name and one of the keyword you are going to target.
Then....
Boom!!!
Keep branding your self with the blog.

There must be option to reach the target dude:imho:
