Sudoku online - please review my script and desing

Hello!

Always wanted to do an online sudoku script.
A few days ago I finished it, so will be very grateful if you can help me, and to tell what good, what bad in the game and design.
There is a special function, to put the note in the cell by pressing right mouse button.

User entered would be better if color was a little more distinguishable... Test should be renamed "Check" and "Green on Red" is terrible color combo...

Not sure why you use an iFRAME but as far as online Sudoku go - it's not bad for one that's not Flash
