This site allows the user to play a game called Sudoku, with a custom designed flash script. Sudoku has recently been gaining massive popularity and is included in many newspapers, books, etc - It's quite an addicting game, and one which almost anyone can play. This site has a very nice, brandable domain, as well as a clean, easy to use design. We've hired a designer to build a nice script that randomly generates a Sudoku puzzle on the fly. The script itself cost several hundred dollars to have made. I'm selling this site because I don't feel that I have the time required to promote it, though I know it could be very successful. Again, the flash script was custom built for us, and will not be found on any other site. We've also included pages explaining what Sudoku is, both for the new player and so search engines have something to index. I know that this site will have tons of traffic and repeat visitors when it's launched, I've found our game is much easier to use and has a better appearance than others I've seen online.

A buyer could easily make their money back just selling copies of the Flash script, if they so desire. Otherwise, I'm sure this would do well with AdSense or YPN.
