I think if there was brand or company, etc. that wanted it for a name, then you might get $xx-xxx for it, but otherwise, I don't think it's worth much as-is though.

If I had to go with those letters I'd go with stumbelly which is more amusing and less prone to typos. If the sound is key, consider stumboli - it's a surname and a typo of stromboli which would taste pretty good right now.
