http://www.streetkorner.net is the site for sale. It runs a copy of my hack-test.com script which I sell clones of for $25.
Streetkorner has made me 2 sales for the clues $20 total and $3.38 from google in the past 6 months. I don't have the Amazon on a seperate channel (I never got around to that) so I can't say if it had any sales. I do not promote this url since I promote hack-test.com instead.

I have been asked about the difficulty of installing this with your adsense or amazon code. The site utilizes php includes for header, footer, and side so it's only 1 place to change these. Also there is no mysql support needed for the site. It's amazingly easy to install. I can do the install of clone for an additional $5 if that is needed.
